Equal stevia ada jual harga rm19.90 dlm 200 biji.<br /><br />Betul tu kak. Cara diet ni kena try and cari mana yg sesuai ngan kita kan.Coz setiap org lain2. Just nak share my experience. Seronok ...Salam kak,<br /><br />Just nak share my experience. Seronok bercerita pasal diet ni:)Kalo silap harap betulkan ye kak esp to atkiners yg expert2 yg baca post akak ni.<br /><br />I buat Atkins. Dah lost 8kg in 50 days. So far i rasa ok je. Xpernah pulak rasa lemah and xsihat.Rasa bertambah bertenaga lagi. Cuma 3 hari pertama tu rasa pening sket. <br /><br />Sebenarnya buat atkins ni kena makan dengan mencukupi, sampai rasa kenyang. Let your body tells u bila u rasa cukup. Xle makan sket sangat nnt badan rasa lemah and lembik. Kena malan 3 kali sehari + snack. Cumanya kena pandai pilih makanan. Kena tgk content carbohydrates. Kalo makan ayam xperlu buang kulit kecuali kalo goreng ayam ngan tepung and cara masak pun xde restriction. So kalau nak join lunch ngan geng masa keje pun boleh cuma jangan ambik nasi. Lebihkan lauk and sayur.Pastu kalo rajin kat tenet ada banyak sangat resepi makanan low-carb yg lazat2. Nak buat coffee-blended pun boleh.. sedap!! <br /><br />Atkins bukan NO-carbs diet tapi LOW-carbs diet. Even xamik makan high carbs cam kanji and sugar tapi still dapat carbs from fruits and nuts. Restriction pun yg ketat masa induction je (14days)coz nak didik selera besar kita pastu dah kena tambah carbs sedikit demi sedikit. Bila dah capai berat ideal dah boleh tambah makanan berkabohidrat cam nasi and roti tapi portion kena berpada2 and lagi best kalo amik brown rice and wholemeal bread.<br /><br />Saya konsep guna atkins tapi dah lepas 14 hari xde la saya ikut melampau sangat. Tambah gak sos and kicap kat makanan tapi sikit. Makan gak aiskrim tapi sket. Amik je nasi tapi sikit.So far ok. Turun 1kg per week secara consistent.<br /><br />Atkins ni sebenarnya lebih kepada nak mendidik kita supaya makan secara bersederhana. Kira nak didik nasfu kita supaya xmakan keterlaluan and xambik makanan yg terlalu manis and jaga kesihatan.Before start buat diet ni kena banyakkan membaca testimonial org2 yg dah lama amalkan hidup cara atkins.<br /><br />Tapi jgn lupa amik multivitamin daily and buat senaman cardio sket tuk tone-up our muscle balik.<br /><br />Diet akak menarik sgt.
