Healthy Pasta and Habanero Sauce from Dapur Sainer

Sapa cakap Pasta yang dimasak simple menggunakan healthy ingredient with very minimal seasoning tak sedap? Sedap jugak pon. I remember masa malam birthday Mr D, Erna cooked for us. Dia buat Pasta goreng guna sayur je and S E D A P. Ni first time I makan healthy pasta yang sedap macam ni. I ni kalau makan apa, memang suka yang sedap and full of flavor je. Memang typical tekak melayu la. Yang tak berapa ada rasa ni I tak selera sangat nak makan. If dia healthy pon, presentation at least kena cantik lah. Dia kena cantik macam IG moms.learns.to.cook hehe. Kena letak atas pinggan cantik, colorful veggies baru I suka. Tu pon mesti kena ada menda lain like kicap and sos-sos semua. I dunno la. Maybe dah terbiasa makan macam-macam makanan sedap dekat Malaysia sejak dari dulu. Sebab tu masa dekat Europe zaman dulu kala, dorang kasik grilled fish + lemon + salad tu dressing dia lemon and olive oil, I rasa nak nanges makan. But sebenarnya I rasa kan, WE MALAYSIAN memang makan makanan yang sedap-sedap. Seriously. Tengok kat sini penambah perisa melambak ada dekat market. Serbuk cukup rasa, serbuk ikan bilis, MSG and all. Pepper pon process one and kicap memacam jenis cair, pekat, caramel semua cukup. Mat Saleh masak dia mana ada letak semua-semua tu? Salt and Pepper fresh tu dah. Stock ayam takde pakai. If dorang guna pon yang fresh chicken stock buat sendiri tu, sedap je pon. Takde hal. Kita je dah terbiasa makan semua nak sedap. Kita ke aku je sebenarnya? Hahahahaha. Padahal diri sendiri yang suka makan memacam Sos sebok nak drag and tuduh orang lain tekak sama macam aku. Kah kah kah. But now, I learn slowly to cut a seasoning dalam makanan I. Lagipon teriukt Sazli punya style makan. Apapa dia tak suka letak macam-macam sangat sebab kill the taste. Makan steak, try not to ask a chili sauce or makan pasta jangan with cili sauce or tabasco sauce. Try and feel the original taste of the foods. Baru kita appreciate rasa dia. Bak kata En S ‘apresit’. Hahahaha.

I share eh resepi nak buat Pasta yang sama macam dalam gambar ni. Dari Erna sendiri. I mintak Ms Shariffah tanya pada Erna macam mana nak buat Pasta ni. Korang boleh masak and bagi pada anak-anak. Healthy one. Takde add any MSG and all and rasa SEDAP! Nanti korang try. I ni tengok gambar dah tingin, dah la my Habanero Sauce yang order from TAFT dah siap. Kalau makan dengan Pasta macam ni, sedapnyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

Ingredients
Pasta of your choice * 1 packet serve for 4
Traffic light capsicum
Fresh white button mushroom
Yellow Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 head
Mixed herbs half tea spoon
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh English parsley

# You can add in other vegetables,  meat or seafood of your choice.

* Dried chilies. Rinse and cut in pieces
* Chili flakes
* Coarse black pepper
* Pink Himalayan salt


NOTE: Items marked * is according to taste

Cooking methods
1. In medium heat pan, add 1 thick slice of butter with olive oil. Sautee garlic, yellow onion, mixed and dried chilies until fragrant. Then add in the coarse black pepper and chili flakes. 
2. Sautee white mushroom for 1 to 2 minutes and add in traffic light capsicum. Next add in Cherry tomatoes cut into halves. 
3. Add in your pasta, stir evenly. Add in salt etc to taste. Add in chopped parsley. Pasta is ready to serve.

If you choose seafood, you can always sauté in butter and set aside. Serve it on top of your pasta.

Yahooooo!! Susah ok nak dapat ready stock 'sambal' from Dapur Sainer ni. So exclusive. I rasa, sebulan jugak la I tunggu untuk dapat makan. Adeh, taip pon dah kecur air liur.
